BSS (1000 – 3000) – HG SERIE (GAS)

  • Vertical water-tube steam boilers  by Booster plant are designed for producing saturated steam up to pressure of 10 kg/cm2 (with boilers BSS-3000HG up to pressure of 16 kg/cm2)  and the maximal temperature of 180 °С (with boilers BSS-3000HG  the maximal temperature 195°С)
  • External separator provides production of steam with high level of dryness
  • Possibility of remote control, scheduling and cascading operation
  • Efficiency is not less than 96% due to the boiler construction
  • It’s possible to install the boilers in production areas due to its specific constructional features and small dimensions

  • External separator provides production of steam with high level of dryness
  • Efficiency is not less than 98% due to the boiler construction
  • Possibility of remote control, scheduling and cascading operation
  • It’s possible to install the boilers in production areas due to its specific constructional features and small dimensions
  • No need of a constant maintaining staff due to the completely automated regulation based on the Neuron control system

  • Vertical water-tube steam boilers  by Booster plant are designed for producing saturated steam up to pressure of 10 kg/cm2 (with boilers BSS-3000 GD up to pressure of 16 kg/cm2)  and the maximal temperature of 180 °С (with boilers BSS-3000 GD  the maximal temperature 195°С)
  • Combined burner operating with gas and diesel
  • Efficiency of more than 96% due to the availability of the economizer and the original design or the water steam pipes
  • Smooth regulation of burner control
  • It’s possible to install the boilers in production areas due to its specific constructional features and small dimensions
